What are the top traits you look for in a potential employee?

We’re always eager to connect with prospective teammates who are passionate about digital marketing and are communicative, technically sound, willing to proactively solve problems, collaborative, and want to be great teammates. Perhaps the most fundamental asset of a true 3Q/Depster is curiosity: learning and growth never stop here. We invest in our employees with training and development, and we’re committed to providing the opportunity for upward mobility.

Can I apply for multiple jobs at the same time?

While you can apply for multiple roles, we recommend you consider your skills, qualifications, and interests and limit your application to two to three openings at a time.

What is the interview process?

Please apply using the “View Openings” button below. We review all applications and will reach out within one to two weeks with more information on next steps. If selected to move forward, you’ll be connected with a recruiter to discuss your background and interests in 3Q/DEPT.

How can I confirm I’m interviewing with legitimate 3Q/DEPT recruiting team members?

Employment offers will always be made by a 3Q/DEPT hiring manager or Talent Acquisition team member with a @3qdept.com email address only. We will never text you about an employment opportunity, interviews, or employment offers, and we do not make job offers after only one interview. Additionally, we will never ask you to provide funds for onboarding, supplies or anything else, nor we will ask you to submit your personal information (date of birth, passport details, banking information, social security number, etc.) as part of the interview process.

What if I need a visa?

We encourage you to apply for any role you meet the requirements for and are interested in. Depending on the opening, the job duties of the role, and the qualifications of the candidate, 3Q/DEPT may be able to offer visa sponsorship.
