Explain why you’re a 3Qer in 3 sentences or fewer:

I automate the process of pulling data and provide clean data to Client Services teams for reporting needs and the Decision Sciences team for analyses.

What sets 3Q apart from other agencies in the industry?

The culture. 3Q spends a great amount of effort to make sure everyone here is happy, which brings out the best in the team.

Have you participated in 3Q 3%? If so, what’s been your favorite experience?

We came to an animal shelter to volunteer and had a great time helping out and playing with cute animals.

What’s something that makes your office cooler than the other 3Q offices?

We always have ice cream in the fridge. 😀

Your team is hiring. What are the benefits for someone looking to join?

All technologies that we work with are modern and current with the industry, so new hires are sure to learn and gain some cool experiences. Also, our manager, who is the head of Business Intelligence, is amazing. He is truly a manager, not a boss.

How is 3Q different from other agencies you’ve worked at?

3Q is the first agency I’ve worked at, so I don’t have much for comparison. But I know for a fact that all teams at 3Q (Client Services, Growth Sciences, Growth Services, Decision Sciences, etc.) all collaborate to come up with the best solutions and make our clients happy.

Tell us about your morale associate (pet: if you have one).

I used to live with a very cute dog named “Tapi.” He was a Pomeranian who used to smile all the time. He loved wearing colorful clothes and hated when anyone tried to take them off.

Throughout your career, who have been some of your biggest muses, supporters, and role models?

Shoutout to my manager, Eric Swanson, who has always supported me and challenged me to be better. He knows my strengths so I can utilize them in the right places and what my weaknesses are so he can come up with plans to help me improve. He is one of the best communicators I have worked with, and I always tell him that my life goal is to be able to speak like him.

How do you spend your free time?

Working out, playing soccer, and going to EDM shows.

What’s been the coolest thing you’ve done with your unlimited PTO?

Going back home for three weeks and visiting my family. I don’t get to see them often.

What is your next adventure?

I am applying to a part-time MBA program and planning to go back to school while working.

What’s one life lesson you wish you’d learned earlier?

I am very passionate about self-development. One thing that I was able to start doing this past year was wake up early and go to the gym in the morning. It changed my energy level as well as my mental health. I wish I could have motivated myself to do it at an earlier age.

What is the last thing you read?

Leadership Strategy and Tactics, by Jocko Willink.

What are your predictions for what will be trending in 2020?

AI technologies. In 2020, there will be more data available to feed AI and make it even smarter, which will automate out a lot of redundancy.

If you were given an unlimited amount of money to invest into one upcoming or exciting marketing technology, what would it be?

AI and attribution technologies.

What’s your favorite TED Talk?

What’s your favorite Gif?

This came from the phrase, “Let’s get paid.” The old man looks kind of like my manager in disguise, so I thought it was funny.
