Our Humans of 3Q series continues this week with Maya Ghai, Account Manager, who is based in the Bay Area.
Tell us about your role at 3Q
I’m an Account Manager working on the Square team. I work specifically on the Canadian and Australian Square accounts managing tests, reporting, optimizations, and everything in between for search, social, and shopping channels!
If someone from out of town is visiting you, what’s one thing you have to do with them?
I love taking family or friends to Carmel and Big Sur! It’s always a great day trip with beautiful views.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Not the most unique answer, but spending time with family or friends! I also love trying out fun food or coffee places, traveling, and interior decorating.
What’s something fun you’ve done with your flexible PTO?
I went to Kauai back in July and got to go on some really cool hikes and snorkeling tours. I’ll also be going to New York this December around Christmas time!
What is something you love about working for 3Q?
My teammates hands down! Not only is everyone extremely driven, supportive, and kind, but you’ll never go a day without laughing with these people. They are all so fun and positive to be around.

Tell us about your experience working with Maya, and why you nominated her for the ‘Accept No Limits’ award.
Maya is one of the smartest and hardest working people I have ever met. She exemplifies 3Q’s “accept no limits” value everyday and she continuously pushes the bar further to take her accounts to new heights. Most recently she had the challenge of taking on numerous end-of-quarter responsibilities under a tight deadline. She took on the challenge and was able to complete everything in record time. Our clients were ecstatic with her ability to turnaround this ask so quickly and it really showcased how masterful she is on a day-to-day basis.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start! Maya is an incredible teammate and her positive attitude and willingness to push herself to meet new challenges everyday is amazing. Although she juggles so many responsibilities already, she never hesitates to help out others. I honestly think our clients are probably jealous that they usually only get to talk to her once a week during our calls! She is an absolute star and I am so grateful to get to work with her everyday.
