If you had $10M to personally invest, which marketing platform or technology would you invest in, and why?
AdWords – nothing compares in terms of scale.
What is your favorite advertising campaign?
The one that converts at high volume and efficiency.
What’s one marketing lesson you wished you had learned earlier?
Best all-time performance is something you should continue pursuing.
What one quality do you think is most important in successful digital marketers today?
Attention to detail.
What is your favorite thing to brag about at 3Q?
Working from home.
Who is the unsung hero of your team?
Astro; his never-ending enthusiasm keeps me going.
What’s the best part of your office?
My home office has a standing-height table that is also well suited for sitting (on a tall stool chair). Also, my saltwater aquarium has a nice calming effect when I need to clear my mind.
Care to share your favorite spot to work from home?
Home office – it was set up for the very purpose it was meant for.
What does 3Q’s culture mean to you?
The 3Q culture is all about getting things done and having fun when the time is right.
What advice do you have for someone who wants to work at 3Q?
We have it very good here.
Which of 3Q’s core values is most important to you, and why?
Ownership – this is particularly true as I am passionate when it comes to digital marketing.
Which 3Q value do you most embody, and how do you embody it?
XQ – digital marketing is what I was meant to do.
If you had to switch offices, which office would you pick and why?
The new Oakland office – can’t beat a 10-minute commute, and there’s just no place like home.
What is your motivation to come into work every day?
To reach higher all-time performance results for all of my clients.
What has been your favorite perk item/activity?
It will be the Warriors games and possibly concerts at the Fox Theater once the Oakland office is up and running.
What trips have you gone on/do you plan to go on with your unlimited PTO?
Hawaii (Honolulu, Maui), Vancouver, and Seattle are past destinations. Somewhere overseas is likely in the future.
Would you rather fight 100 duck sized horses, or one horse sized duck?
One horse-sized duck – the numbers game is way more favorable.

What is on your bucket list?
I don’t have one as I’m ready to peace out if and when the time comes.
What’s your favorite thing on your desk?
My car keys; they are the gateway to exploration.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Working on my house – nothing better than seeing and living in the fruits of my labor.
