What’s the first metric you check when you start the day?
You never know when something unexpected might happen with an account, so when I start off the day I like to check on high-level metrics and make sure nothing went awry the previous day.
What one quality do you think is most important in successful digital marketers today?
Ambition. Having a strong desire to achieve success with your accounts, clients, and career goes a long way.
What is your favorite thing to brag about at 3Q?
I love to brag about 3Q’s culture. I’ve been with 3Q for less than two months, but I can already tell how unique the culture is here, and I’m glad to be a part of it!
What’s the best part of your office?
I work remotely from my house in Raleigh, NC. My favorite part about working from home is that I get to hang out with my dog all day and I don’t have to worry about traffic during the rush hour commute any longer! I’m still in the process of decorating my office space, but it’s functional.
Care to share your favorite spot to work from home?
First thing in the morning, I like to sit on my back porch and enjoy the fresh air while catching up on emails and industry news.
Which of 3Q’s core values is most important to you, and why?
I think it’s most important to Own It! Putting yourself in the mindset of a small business owner and being proactive and passionate will help you create a lot of success for 3Q and our clients.
If you had to switch offices, which office would you pick and why?
I’m a Bears fan, so I’d pick Chicago.
What trips have you gone on/do you plan to go on with your unlimited PTO?
I’ve never been to the West Coast so I’d really like to take a trip out to California with some friends next year and explore a few wineries.
Would you rather fight 100 duck sized horses, or one horse sized duck?
One horse-sized duck.
What is on your bucket list?
Traveling more is at the top of the my bucket list.
