3Q Digital Honored as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company

I am thrilled to announce that 3Q Digital has done it again! We are very fortunate to be recognized with yet another award, as we celebrate being named to Inc. Magazine’s list of America’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. The Inc. 5000 ranks private companies by overall revenue growth over a three-year period and also ranks the fastest-growing companies by industry, metro area, revenue, and number of employees. Because of our team’s hard work and dedication, 3Q is more resilient than ever. In addition to this new award, this year so far we have also won Ad Age Best Places to Work and Inc. Best Workplaces awards.
Some of the key factors for being selected for the Inc. 5000 award were:
- Our team of fearless innovators and predictive intelligence, and our proprietary Growth Model helping marketers capitalize on digital marketing opportunities, transform media approaches, and drive market leadership.
- Changing the performance marketing game and injecting strategy, data, and innovation into everything we do.
- A nearly 20% compound annual growth rate from 2017 to 2020.
- Enabling client relationships based on honesty, transparency, and collaboration, where inclusivity is celebrated, diverse perspectives are encouraged, and growth never stops.
We’ve achieved a lot together in the first half of 2021. We rolled out our DEIB roadmap and stood up four new employee resource groups (ERGs). We’ve onboarded 39 new clients (with 31 clients increasing their services) and our revenue is on track to exceed our growth targets. We brought in 98 new employees to help us, from recruiting to client services to creative to marketing and beyond. 3Q is positioned to finish the year strong, and this Inc. 5000 award is more evidence that the work 3Qers are doing is making a difference and does not go unnoticed.
